MANUFACTURING EXECUTION SYSTEMS

The system of record for your production floor

Most plants can see what the ERP says they should be making, but not what is actually happening on the line right now. Production is tracked on paper travellers and spreadsheets, downtime is reconstructed after the shift, and a traceability request from a customer means hours of manual searching. A manufacturing execution system closes that gap — it sits between the machines and the ERP, collecting data directly from the floor and turning it into a single, live picture of production, quality and performance.

What our MES does on the floor

We build the modules a production floor actually needs, wired directly to the machines. Every capability below runs today in a live plant.

Real-time machine monitoring

Live status, speed, and process values read straight from each machine — with setpoints, control limits, and change schedules surfaced the moment they matter, not at the end of the shift.

OEE and performance

True Overall Equipment Effectiveness, calculated honestly from its three components — Availability, Performance and Quality — per machine and per line, so the number reflects reality rather than a convenient average.

Downtime and stop analysis

Every stop captured automatically with runtime, downtime and stop counts, so losses are measured as they happen and the reasons behind them can be acted on — instead of guessed at.

Production plan vs. actual

Planned versus actual output tracked live at machine, line and shift level, with efficiency against target — so supervisors know where they stand at any moment, not at shift handover.

Quality and SPC

Measured values checked against specification limits with clear pass / fail status, so out-of-spec conditions are caught at the point of production and the quality record is built automatically as you run.

Traceability and genealogy

Every unit tracked through the process with its parameters and its history, so a customer traceability request — or an IATF audit — is answered in seconds from the system rather than hours in the archive.

Process line monitoring

A live mimic of the process line — temperatures, levels, concentrations, flows and pH across every stage — giving operators and engineers one screen for the health of the whole line.

ERP and reporting integration

The floor data flows up to your ERP and out to management reporting and Excel, so the numbers the plant runs on and the numbers the business reports on are finally the same numbers.

ON SCREEN

One live picture of the floor

Operators, supervisors and management each get the view they need - from a single machine’s live parameters to plant-wide performance against plan.

HOW IT FITS TOGETHER

Built on your infrastructure, inside the EU

We read from the PLCs already on your floor — whatever the brand — collect and buffer the data on Windows services, store it in a relational database, and serve it to operators and management through a web application. Everything runs on your own servers, on-premise or in an EU-hosted private cloud. There is no third-party platform licence, and your production data never leaves your infrastructure.

CONNECTIVITY

We connect to whatever is already on your floor

Real plants rarely run a single PLC brand. Ours reads from a mixed estate — Siemens and LSIS controllers alongside OPC UA servers — in one system, without forcing a rip-and-replace of the automation you already own. If it can expose a tag, we can read it: OPC UA, native S7, and the common industrial protocols. That is the difference between a system designed in a lab and one built for a floor that grew over twenty years.

How a deployment works

1

1. DISCOVERY

We survey the machines, the PLCs and the tags, agree the modules and the KPIs that matter, and return a fixed-price proposal. No surprises later.

2

2. PILOT

We prove the system on one line first — real data, real screens, a real result you can see — before committing to the full plant. The pilot de-risks the decision.

3

3. ROLL OUT & OPERATE

We extend across the plant, train your operators, and then run it — maintained, updated and supported as a managed service, with engineers on call.

Questions plant teams ask us

No. The MES reads from the controllers you already have — Siemens, LSIS and OPC UA in one system — so there is no rip-and-replace of your automation.
On your own servers — on-premise or in an EU-hosted private cloud. Your data stays on your infrastructure, inside the EU, and there is no third-party platform licence.
No. We build the system and then operate and maintain it for you as a managed service — updates, patching, monitoring and support, with a defined block of development hours each month for changes and enhancements.
We start with a single-line pilot so you see live data and real screens early — typically within weeks — before committing to a full-plant roll-out.
