Why one company does both
For fifteen years we have built high-precision numerical software for thermal engineering — cooling towers, steam cycles, psychrometrics — on validated implementations of the IAPWS, ASHRAE and CTI standards, used by engineers worldwide.
A manufacturing execution system is a model of a production process. An industrial AI model is only as good as its understanding of the process it observes. Most MES integrators are software companies learning about manufacturing; most AI consultancies are data scientists learning about physics. We start from the process and build the software around it.
In production, not in a brochure. Our MES runs the production floor at a tire-reinforcement plant in Central Europe - collecting data directly from the machines across the full process. A second plant, in another country, is being brought onto the same system.
